Step 1 — Power Light on the motor head? If not, check the outlet with a phone charger, then check the breaker, then check the GFCI.

Step 2 — Wall button vs remote If the wall button works but the remote doesn't, the radio receiver is fine; the remote is dead or de-paired. If neither works, the issue is at the opener.
